AssetBolt includes four built-in reports that summarise your inventory:
Asset inventory - all devices, with status, category, location, manufacturer, model, assignee, and value.
License compliance - seat utilization, expiration status, and renewal cost across your licenses.
Depreciation - book value, accumulated depreciation, and annual depreciation across your devices.
Audit status - which devices are up to date, due soon, overdue, or never audited.
Each report can be filtered (for example by category, location, manufacturer, or status) and shows both a summary and a row-by-row detail list.
Reports require a Pro plan or higher. See Plans, pricing, and how assets are counted for what each plan includes.
Every report can be exported to a CSV file from the reports screen. The export applies whatever filters are currently set on the report, so you can narrow a report down before exporting just the rows you need.
A few things to know about exports:
Exports are capped at 50,000 rows and 50 MB. If a report exceeds the row cap, narrow your filters and try again; the export is rejected rather than returned as an incomplete file.
Numeric fields (like cost, book value, or days until due) are exported as real numbers, even when negative.
Text fields that could otherwise be interpreted as spreadsheet formulas are automatically neutralized so the file is safe to open in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
Every CSV export is recorded in your organization's audit log, including who generated it, which report, and how many rows it contained.
Asset inventory columns include name, asset tag, serial number, status, category, location, manufacturer, model, assigned person, purchase cost, current value, and purchase date.
License compliance columns include name, product key, category, manufacturer, total/assigned/available seats, utilization percent, expiration date, status, purchase cost, and renewal cost.
Depreciation columns include name, asset tag, category, purchase date, purchase cost, salvage value, depreciation method, useful life, monthly/annual/accumulated depreciation, book value, and whether the device is fully depreciated. See Depreciation for how these values are calculated.
Audit status columns include name, asset tag, serial number, device status, category, location, assigned person, next audit due date, days until due, last audit date, who last audited it, and audit status. See Auditing assets for how audit due dates are set.
